They help to maintain order within the organization and all those who belong to it. They serve to have control over how things are carried out internally and that there is a good working environment.

What does Employment Law refer to?

It is in charge of keeping track of the relationships between employees, the way they interact and how they behave. If there are no established rules, the relationship between employees may be affected because certain limits may be exceeded, therefore, it should be included in the employment law.

How are Consumer laws defined? 

These are regulations that protect both the merchant and the customer by stipulating certain rules, benefits and obligations that both parties must adhere to.

What is Securities Law? 

They are created to serve as a protection and regulation for investors. They serve so that those who are buying have an assurance that what they are spending was, first of all, what was agreed upon and that it can be proven what was spent and in what manner.

What does Health and Safety at the Workplace refer to? 

These laws are useful to an organization since there are different processes that carry a high risk and must have a protocol to follow to ensure as a priority the safety and health of employees within the organization. Knowing how to react and what to do in case they are in a dangerous situation.

What is Taxation?

It is an obligation of all citizens, organizations and entrepreneurs imposed by the government that is applied at the time of purchasing any good or service. This capital obtained becomes property of the state for a specific use.
