Define Human resources.
It is the area within a business that is dedicated to
finding, filtering, managing, controlling, and training future employees and
people who already work in the company so that they can perform their tasks and
activities in a way that they can obtain good results.

in detail.
Regardless of the size of the business, it is
necessary to have a human resources area, since they will be responsible for
ensuring that the human work is not spoiled and can give good results, as it
suggests a constant review of the employees.
What is Capital?
Human capital refers to the economic perception of a
business based on the work performed by people. Refers to the economic value of
either the skills or knowledge that a person possesses and lends to the
business.
In your opinion, is human resources
necessary? Explain.
I believe that human resources are completely
necessary within an organization or business, as it gives a better vision and
perception of the goals to those who work in them. It is necessary to have an
organization in terms of the tasks to be performed, what skills and knowledge
are necessary to carry them out and which areas should be in charge of the
different groups working to obtain the expected results.

Define Human resource management.
Human resource management refers to a practice in
which the recruiting, hiring and development of employees within an
organization or business is controlled.
What are the main responsibilities of a
Human Resource Manager? Define them in detail.
·
Human Resource Planning: HR managers are
responsible for planning and achieving organizational objectives. They usually
engage in identifying, preparing, and executing business goals with top-level
executives.
·
Job Analysis and Design: Job Design in
Human Resources Management means the process of comprehending, identifying, and
deciding the duties, roles, responsibilities and other specifications of a
particular job profile. On the other hand, Job Analysis in HRM is mainly about
determining the level of work experience, educational and professional
qualifications, skills as well as expertise required for a particular job
profile.
·
Hiring Candidates: Finding and
hiring the right talent is a very complex process. Modern HR managers do more
than just post job requirements in portals to fill open positions. They develop
strategic solutions to attract the right candidates to fulfill the demands of
the business.
·
Training and Development: Hiring the best
candidates is just half the job. HR managers need to train and upskill them to
maximize their return on investment. H R managers are also answerable for the quality of
training. If most of the recruits are unable to pass the assessments, it
indicates that either the trainer or the training program is not compliant with
the industry standard, for which the HR manager will be held accountable.
·
Design Workplace Policies: It is essential
for HR managers to design workplace policies to reduce conflicts, legal issues,
and improve employee productivity. These policies are designed in a way that
protects the interests of both the employees and employers alike.
·
Monitor Performance: Closely related
to training, HR roles and responsibilities include examining employee
performance records to identify the scopes of improvement and arranging
training workshops to upskill them.
·
Maintaining Work Culture: As an HR
manager, it is your responsibility to shape and maintain organizational
culture. It is essential to create a positive impression of the company from
day one, so the new employees know what to expect.
·
Resolve Conflict: In every
organization, employees come from diverse backgrounds. And when people with
opposite opinions meet, the chances of having a conflict rise significantly. Whether
the issue is between two employees or an employee and the management, it’s the
HR manager who has to intervene and resolve it. Besides, the HR manager must listen to both
parties without being biased or judgmental. They also need to go to the root of
the matter, which includes questioning other employees.
·
Ensure Health and Safety of Employee: Employees are
the asset of the organization. Unless they are safe and healthy, they won’t be
able to give their best to the company. Thus, HR managers need to ensure the
health and safety of employees.
·
Rewards and Incentives: Lastly, HR
managers need to reward employees based on their performance and other factors
like punctuality. The biggest benefit of rewarding workers is that it creates a
desire for other employees to excel at their job in the hope of getting incentives.
The type of rewards and incentives could be anything, such as holiday packages,
a word of appreciation and recognition, promotions, or bonuses.
Which of the responsibilities you mentioned
in the previous questions do you think is the most challenging or a HRM? Why?
For me, the most important thing that a human
resources manager must have it’s the ability to resolve conflicts, because
within this skill, with it comes the ability to have an active listening and
effective communication.
In the same way as persevering and making sure that there is a good work
environment, because if this is affected it will lead to staff turnover and
loss of human talent, which will slow down the processes and the results will
not be what was expected.

I agree with you. For a good work environment to exist, good communication must exist. A good human resources manager must create that union in his work team.
ResponderBorrarI agree, resolving conflicts is a very important responsibility. The human resources manager must have the ability to think of a quick solution and at the same time guide the employees so that it is possible to solve the obstacle.
